Jennifer’s corporate career has given her 15 years’ experience in leading and architecting strategies to create sustainable business performance. Through a series of director and executive roles she naturally displays an intuitive, relationship-driven leadership style alongside a strong commercial driver for client success. She combines her business leadership experience with a specialist consultancy discipline of organisational transformation, leadership, and cultural change and is a qualified executive coach and a certified practitioner of evidence-based diagnostic tools such as MLQ360, SDI, and Hogan.

Outside of work, Jennifer is regularly kept in line by her two sons for trying to coach them through their own development and when she is not enjoying time with family she takes part in as much skiing and horse riding as her abilities will allow.
