About me
Keri has been at Collingwood since May 2023 as an Executive Search Delivery Consultant, helping to find talent for our clients in several different industries including industrial technology, medical technology and private healthcare.
With a background in hospitality, I moved into recruitment in the late 90’s. During that time I have worked across contract and permanent hiring with specialist agencies, as part of in-house talent teams, as well as RPO. Supporting global matrix organisations, from the NHS to Microsoft with diverse hiring in niche and volume roles.
Outside of Work
My passion is yoga and wellbeing. In 2003 I spent time living and studying yoga on an ashram in Northern California qualifying as a teacher. I have been lucky enough to teach 3 year olds to 80 year olds in various locations - from dusty, old villages halls in deepest darkest Dorset, to sailing boats in Turkey! As a family we are culture vultures and love film, theatre, music and the arts.
Why Recruitment?
For me recruitment and life is all about connection. Connecting with people from all different walks of life and sharing experiences. In more recent years I have enjoyed connecting with clients and candidates across EMEA which I love, travelling virtually each day and learning more about different cultures.
